Abstract: Mr. Leo Tong, majoring in Information Systems (IS), joined the IT department of a global bank in 2000 as a programmer and progressed to the Asia Pacific Finance department as an assistant manager last year. Leo was satisfied with his promising IS career in banking & finance sector. Leo recommended fresh graduates to specialize in the application of technology in an industry and to earn relevant industry qualification for career advancement.
